Week 4: Bugs
Ages 2-6
Books read:
I'm Trying To Love Spiders by Bethany Barton: We learned some pretty cool facts about spiders by reading this book! The kids had fun squishing the spiders in the book, but don't worry they started to love them by the end.
The Grouchy Ladybug by Eric Carle: Of course we had to read this classic with our bug themed week! The illustrations in this book are really fun.

Activities:
For our activity today we went outside and looked for ladybugs! We were able to find a few along with some other bugs.
Craft:
Today for our craft we made caterpillars with pipe-cleaners and beads. Making our caterpillars required major fine motor skills. It was awesome to see the concentration that went into this craft!
