Materials: Cloud shape cut from construction paper, 12 inch long crepe paper streamers, goggly eyes, markers
Decorate jellyfish shape with markers, glue on eyes and streamers.

Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet eating her curds and whey.
Along came a spider and sat down beside her.
And frightened Miss Muffet away!

Five little ice cream cones standing in a row,
each has a scoop and an ice cream cone,
out came the sun and it shown all day,

Materials: Shapes for I, head, tongue, tail and spikes, goggly eyes, glue
Glue shapes for I into letter I shape. Glue on head, tail, tongue and back spikes. Glue on googly eyes.

A cowboy wears a cowboy hat [Hands encircle head.]
As he gallops on his horse,  [Galloping motion.]
A firefighter's hat keeps her safe  [Hands encircle head.]
As fires run their course.  [Spraying motion as with hose.]
A clown wears a pointy hat  [Hands form point on head.]
And a smile upon her face.  [Smile broadly.]
And astronauts wear helmets  [Encircle face with hands.]
When blasting into space.  [Palms together, shoot hands up to sky.]

Materials: horse shape cut out from construction paper, yarn, clothespins, glue, markers

Colour and glue on yarn for mane and tail, clip on 2 clothespins for legs.

These are Grandma's Glasses (make glasses with fingers over eyes)
Here is Grandma's cap (make triangle with hands and put on head)
This is the way she folds her hands (fold hands together)
And puts them in her lap (put hands in lap)
These are Grandma's glasses (make glases with fingers over eyes)
These are grandpa's hat (pretend to pull down a big hat over head)
And this is the way he folds his arms (fold arms over in front of body)
Just like that! (Shake head) 

4.   Nursery Rhymes: Georgy Porgy
Georgy Porgy, pudding and pie,
Kissed the girls and made them cry.
When the boys came out to play,

And he can run faster than his friends at the zoo!

7.     Crafts:  Paper Plate Goose
Materials: small paper plate with piece cut out, construction paper beak, feathers, glue, markers.
Glue triangle beak on neck, glue on feathers draw on eye.
