3. Fingerplay: Five Little Monkeys in a Tree

Five little monkeys swinging in a tree, Teasing the alligators, you can catch me, you can catch me....


Along came a alligator quiet as can be....... And snapped that monkey right out of that tree!

4. Read second story Small Green Snake", "One Green Frog", "Those Green Things", "If Only I had a Green Nose", "Green", or "Mary Wore Her Red Dress, and Henry Wore His Green Sneakers".

5. Crafts: GREEN COLLAGE PAINTINGS
Have children tear or cut green pictures out of magazines.
Give them large pieces of white paper, and set out some green paint.
Let the children brush the paint on their papers.
Then have them select some green pictures to place on the wet paint to create green collages.
