These are Grandma's Glasses (make glasses with fingers over eyes)
Here is Grandma's cap (make triangle with hands and put on head)
This is the way she folds her hands (fold hands together)
And puts them in her lap (put hands in lap)
These are Grandma's glasses (make glases with fingers over eyes)
These are grandpa's hat (pretend to pull down a big hat over head)

And this is the way he folds his arms (fold arms over in front of body)
Just like that! (Shake head)

Song: Grand Old Duke of York
View full imageOh, the Grand Old Duke of York, (march in place) He had ten thousand men.
He marched them up to the top of the hill, ( reach arms up high) And he marched them down again. (lower arms)
And when they were up, they were up. (reach arms up high) And when they were down, they were down. (lower arms)
And when they were only half way up, (hold arms at waist height) They were neither up nor down. (reach up and down again)
Additional Verse:
Oh he marched them to the left.  And he marched them to the right.
Then he marched them round and round
And marched them out of sight.
